This 1968 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova was subsequent refurbishment and modifications included the installation of a Speedtech Performance front subframe assembly, a rear torque arm suspension setup, and a fuel-injected 6.0-liter Vortec V8 linked to a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a fabricated 9″ rear end housing a limited-slip differential and 31-spline axles. The body was refinished in gold with black hood and side stripes, and the interior was re-trimmed in black with a custom center console and Corbeau front bucket seats. Additional equipment includes an aluminum radiator, full-length exhaust headers, rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and Rocket Racing 18″ and 20″ wheels as well as air conditioning, a Lokar shifter, AutoMeter gauges, and a JVC touchscreen stereo unit linked to an amplifier and subwoofer.
