1971 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. Subsequent work consisted of rebuilding the carburetor, adding a second fuel filter, and replacing the battery, fuel filter, fuel lines, and emergency brake components. It is finished in War Bonnet Yellow over black vinyl and is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a Positraction limited-slip differential, a black convertible top, 15″ Rally wheels, power steering, disc brakes, retractable headlights, a cabin heater, and an AM/FM stereo. The 15″ Rally wheels are mounted with 245/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. Stopping power is provided by ventilated rotors at each corner, and the car is equipped with a fully independent suspension.
The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilt-and-telescopic column and frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer. A clock and an ammeter along with auxiliary gauges for fuel level, water temperature, and oil pressure are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 37k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The 350ci V8 was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque.
